Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

How to Return

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
